Session Length & Flow

Each session is designed to unfold over the course of an hour. This gives enough time to fully arrive, drop in, stay present, and experience a sense of reset. For those desiring a deeper immersion, extended sessions are available upon request and are thoughtfully paced to allow for a more expansive experience.

Rates vary depending on session length and location. Longer formats are reserved for returning clients or by special arrangement.
